Shipping timeframes begin from the date of order confirmation, not the date of order placement. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed same-day.
New vPatrol subscribers on paid plans receive a complimentary QR Checkpoint Starter Kit shipped free of charge via standard shipping. This kit includes enough QR checkpoints for one property (up to 25 checkpoints). The free kit ships automatically upon subscription activation.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order status through your vPatrol management dashboard under the "Orders" section.
Unused Products: Physical products in original, unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive damaged or defective items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will ship a free replacement immediately at no additional cost.
Custom Branded Products: Custom-printed materials are non-returnable unless defective, as they are produced specifically for your company.
